HOURS:

Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30. NO SATURDAY ROTA!

Parts Advisor required for a main dealer in MK.

Our client, a well‑known and successful independent workshop, is seeking a Parts Advisor.

• Greet workshop staff and assist them with their needs for parts and accessories both in‑person and via telephone/email
• Help our Workshops identify the correct parts for repairs, provide quotations and advise on product selection, availability and pricing
• Take orders from our workshops, raise purchase order numbers and handle invoices and receipts
• Receive, unpack and store parts
• Maintain stock levels, perform stock checks and identify when replacement stock is needed
• Keep accurate records, pursue warranty claims and maintain a clean and organised parts department

• Previous experience as a parts advisor in the motor trade
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good knowledge of car parts and the ability to look up parts on the electronic parts catalogue

• Parts background within the UK automotive industry
• Full UK driving licence
• The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
