Base PayLocation: Primarily remote, with 1 day per week in our Milton Keynes office
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Salary: Paying up to £25,000 + Bonus

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll support our automotive and OEM clients through outbound prospecting and appointment setting. You’ll learn how to:
- Identify and research prospects using CRM systems and Linked In
- Engage decision‑makers via phone, email and digital channels
- Build confidence in commercial conversations
- Book high‑quality appointments for the sales teams
- Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, open to coaching, and motivated to grow into a consultative sales professional.
Qualifications- A highly motivated, positive individual with a strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously improve
- Confidence in communicating with people and building rapport
- An interest in sales, technology and the automotive industry
- Comfortable using basic digital tools and keen to develop CRM skills
- Able to balance pace, quality, and consistency in a target‑driven role
- Organised, reliable and enthusiastic about owning your development
No previous sales experience is required - full training and ongoing support will be provided.
