Sales Lead Generator – Scientific / Biomedical Background

We are looking for a Sales Lead Generator with a scientific mindset to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a Biomedical Science or Science graduate (or someone with an equivalent scientific background) who is keen to move into a commercial role. Previous sales experience is not essential — we are far more interested in your academic background, curiosity, and ability to understand complex scientific products and conversations. The sales element of the role can be taught.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify and engage potential clients, using your scientific knowledge to confidently communicate product value and support early-stage conversations.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify prospective customers within scientific and technical sectors

* Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and Linked In

* Use your scientific understanding to discuss products at an introductory level

* Qualify leads and support the wider sales team with pipeline development

* Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads

About You

* Degree-qualified in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline

* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

* Confident, curious, and commercially aware (or keen to learn)

* Comfortable speaking to professionals and building rapport

* Highly organised with good attention to detail
