What

You’ll Be Doing

This is field sales in its purest form – meeting people, solving problems, and building a pipeline that delivers results quarter after quarter.

  • Attend pre‑qualified appointments  by your telemarketing partner and convert them using a consultative, value‑based approach.
  • Self‑generate leads through your referral network across your region.
  • Demo the full service offering and adapt your pitch to each client’s specific business requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with introducers and referral partners who open doors to new opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table

You’re an experienced BDM who knows how to win business and build lasting relationships.

Specifically:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Field sales experience is essential – you thrive on the road and excel in face‑to‑face meetings with business owners, HR professionals, and senior decision‑makers.
  • Strong self‑generation skills and the ability to build a robust pipeline through your own network.
  • A consultative, value‑based selling style – you listen, understand needs, and position solutions effectively.
