About YouWe’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can make an immediate impact and play a key role in accelerating our growth. You will bring:
- 3+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience, within SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong experience running end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting through to close, with minimal supervision
- Confidence in delivering compelling product demonstrations and consultative presentations, both online and in person
- Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to uncover customer needs, handle objections, and articulate clear value
- Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- A proactive, self-starting mindset, comfortable taking ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong organisational skills and CRM discipline, with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience selling into the education or early years sector (advantageous but not essential)
The Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue and supporting the continued development of our sales function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing a full sales pipeline, from self-generated leads through to successful close
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities through outbound activity, events, exhibitions, and referrals
- Representing eyworks at industry exhibitions, conferences, and early years events as a trusted product expert
- Delivering high-quality, value-led product demonstrations and tailored proposals to prospective customers
- Consistently achieving individual sales targets and contributing significantly to overall company revenue growth
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting
- Providing structured feedback on customer needs, objections, and market trends to support product and sales process improvements
This is a consultative sales role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling business, with clear progression opportunities as the company continues to expand.
Basic salary range is £32-38k plus OTE commission earnings of £6-12k.
