Distribution Sales Key Account Manager – UK
Join Sungrow Europe as a Distribution Sales Key Account Manager for the UK market.
Responsibilities- Lead UK distribution customized key account business development.
- Analyze local market capacities, requirements, and demands, and define market strategies.
- Develop country‑specific strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Coordinate with local Distribution Sales Managers on country‑specific activities.
- Develop and support new customized key customers (account development, relationship management, demand implementation, and lead generation) in the UK region.
- Manage and grow business activities of existing customers.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other events.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
- Affinity for sales and distribution, with at least seven years of experience in sales or business development in the renewable industry, preferably in the inverter industry.
- Experience building and successfully developing the distribution business for an inverter manufacturer is a benefit.
- Strong knowledge of photovoltaics, inverters, and a commercial sales background.
- Native English speaker; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of MS‑Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally regularly.
- Mobility package with e‑bike support.
- Bonus payments tied to smart KPIs.
- Multinational team with extensive European and international exchange.
- Opportunities for technical and commercial knowledge enhancement on string, central inverters, inverter stations, transformer and switch gear, and storage solutions.
- Technical and commercial training at headquarters in Germany and visits to the R&D facility in China.
