Sales Advisor – Allen Motor Group

Join our KIA dealership in Milton Keynes as a Sales Advisor. You will manage face‑to‑face and digital enquiries to ensure customers drive away with the right product.

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via email, telephone, and digital channels
• Meet personal and team‑based sales targets
• Guide customers through the full purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products
• Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance

Expect a 5‑day, 42 hour working week, a £22,770 basic salary plus uncapped commission, bonus and company car, reporting to the Sales Manager. Sales Advisors earned £46,000 last year.
