• Develop new business by meeting the target number of customer visits.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive sales growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Act as point contact for the partnership with the distribution channel in Ireland.
• Drive development of relationships with the channel partner in Ireland.
• Develop and maintain a business plan for the region, adjusting to business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions for clients.
• Set up meetings and plan and prepare product demonstrations.
• Communicate solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, build and maintain a pipeline.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Track and report on competitor activities and market intelligence.
• Feed Voice of Customer insights into manufacturing.

• Strong relational skills and ability to manage high‑level relationships.
• Experience in industrial equipment and sales growth.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven record of hitting sales goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with key departmental heads and influence decision‑making.
• Knowledge of the Irish distribution channel is advantageous.
