We are looking for a knowledgeable Retail Store Manager looking to make their next step within fashion retail. As the leader of the store you will possess strong coaching abilities product knowledge provide excellent customer service have great attention to detail and lead by example.

• Senior Management experience
• Being a brand ambassador
• Hands-on collaborative and shop floor based
• Driving forward sales
• Responsible for maximizing sales and ensuring excellent customer service
• Seeking out commercial opportunities within local area
• Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Head Office
• Lead well by example driving sales stock and KPI performance
• Managing store performance and taking action where needed
• Minimising avoidable costs and risks in store
• HR and recruitment
• Motivating mentoring and coaching sales associates
• Creating a positive and friendly working environment
• Making sure your store looks great in line with the brands visual merchandising guidelines and marketing campaigns
• Responsible person for in store health and safety
