Customer Advisor - Trade PointLocation:
B&Q Milton Keynes
Full‑time, 36.75 hours per week. Permanent contract. Shifts available Monday to Sunday, 7:00am – 8:00pm.
Notional hourly rate: £12.71 per hour (inclusive of a £0.54 per hour store‑specific allowance).
What the role involvesThe heart of the Trade Point counter, you’ll interact with trade members daily, building relationships and recommending the right products and services.
Key responsibilities- Engage, listen to, and sell products and services to Trade Point members.
- Take ownership of member relationships and develop business opportunities.
- Promote trade loyalty schemes and performance initiatives.
- Participate in a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse customers and colleagues.
- Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and support team objectives.
