We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our brand new Floors 4 You store in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the store's day‑to‑day operations, customer service, and team performance. You’ll be leading by example, creating a positive work environment, and driving sales results.

• Lead and support your team to deliver excellent customer service
• Achieve and exceed store sales targets
• Manage stock levels and ordering to ensure availability
• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly
• Maintain a clean, well‑organised, and visually appealing store
• Deliver training and coaching to your team
• Report on store performance to management

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
• Confident in leading a team and motivating others
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with inventory systems and store administration
• Customer‑focused with a commercial mindset
• Willing to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota
