Mac Gregor Black is partnering with a global consumer brand to appoint a Distribution and Marketing Manager
, responsible for driving commercial performance and brand growth across a portfolio of international distributor markets, with particular focus on Southern and Northern Europe.
This is a highly visible, autonomous role for someone who combines analytical strength with strong influencing skills, and who enjoys operating at pace across diverse European markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute market-specific commercial plans and growth strategies
- Lead regular, structured touchpoints with distributor partners
- Own promotional strategy, NPD prioritisation, investment planning, and ROI delivery
- Analyse commercial performance and financials to shape distributor behaviour and outcomes
- Hold partners accountable through clear planning, targets, and reporting frameworks
- Localise global campaigns, challenging activity that is not fit for market or consumer
- Ensure brand consistency while protecting activation quality across all territories
- Track consumer, category, and brand KPIs to inform strategic priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, insights, supply chain, and legal teams
- Act as the internal authority on distributor performance, competitive landscape, and category dynamics
- Present market results, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience delivering commercial and/or marketing results across multiple European markets
- Proven success working with distributors or indirect route-to-market models
- Highly analytical, with strong command of numbers, KPIs, and financial drivers
- Confident, resilient, and comfortable challenging partners constructively
- Compelling communicator with strong storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, pace, ownership, and impact
- Passion for brands and consumer products
- Additional European languages — particularly Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese — are highly advantageous
