We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aerodynamics Department as a Junior Model Maker (Night shift). Based primarily at our Red Bull Technology facility in Milton Keynes, you’ll work alongside a talented and experienced team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the precise manufacture of wind tunnel model components, often to tight deadlines. Strong manual skills and a sharp eye for detail are key to succeeding in this position.

This position is based on a night shift schedule, and candidates must be comfortable working independently and maintaining productivity during non‑standard hours.

• Finish prototype components to a high standard, always aiming to enhance quality and reduce lead times.
• Apply knowledge of post‑processing for SLA and SLS components to ensure accurate results.
• Utilize experience with mould making and casting techniques, contributing to high‑quality model production.
• Support continuous improvement by adopting new systems, processes, and offering constructive feedback to boost departmental efficiency.

• Strong communicator with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes effectively.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive approach to problem‑solving.
• Performs well under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
