Position: Production / Fabrication Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Production / Fabrication Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role within a busy workshop environment, ideal for someone with fabrication, production, or engineering workshop experience.

You will be involved in the manufacture and preparation of metal components, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

* Fabrication of metal parts and components

* Operating workshop tools and equipment

* Carrying out quality checks on finished products

* Supporting the team to meet daily production targets

* Maintaining a clean and organised work area

* Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

Essential

* Previous production, fabrication, or workshop experience

* Ability to use basic hand and workshop tools

* Good attention to detail and quality

* Reliable with a strong work ethic

Desirable

* Experience working with metal components

* Background in engineering or manufacturing
