Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)
Shift Times: 6:00am – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 6:00am
Synergy Plus Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy factory and production environment in Milton Keynes.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate, a structured shift pattern, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Requirements:
* Valid Forklift Licence
* Previous warehouse experience operating a forklift
* Reliable, hardworking, and committed attitude
* Ability to work both day and night shifts
Role Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
* Pick, pack, and dispatch orders on the production line
* Support general warehouse operations as required
* Maintain high health and safety standards at all times
