Position Overview

Full time, Permanent – Milton Keynes – Competitive : IPRS
7409. Our client has a permanent, full‑time vacancy for a Manufacturing Assistant to be part of the wheel building team. The role involves assisting the wheel builder with preparation and completion of products, ensuring efficiency of production is maximised. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:15 pm.

• Assist the wheel builder with tasks as required.
• Prepare components ready for the building.
• Packing and labelling of completed products.
• Work efficiently within a set time frame.
• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free and clean work environment.

• Appreciation for manufacturing & warehousing, ideally with prior experience.
• Methodical approach and ability to investigate problems logically.
• Production line experience.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, resourceful can‑do attitude.
• Good team player.
