We are a well-established, fast-paced printing company in Milton Keynes seeking an experienced and reliable Print Production All-Rounder to join our team.

• Digital Printer Operation:
  Expert set-up, operation, and maintenance of digital print machinery (e.g., Xerox, Canon, or similar).
• Print Finishing:
  Proven experience in general print finishing, including operating a B3 guillotine, creasing, folding, binding (wiro/comb), and laminating.
• Logistics & Delivery: A full, clean UK Driving Licence is essential for performing local deliveries in a small company van.
• Quality Control:
  High attention to detail to ensure all printed and finished products meet our strict quality standards.

• Set up and run digital print jobs from file to finished product.
• Accurately and safely operate the basic guillotine and other finishing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, prioritising workflow efficiently.
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle and perform daily local deliveries.
• Assist in general workshop duties and maintaining a clean, organised environment.

• Experienced (minimum 2 years) in a commercial digital print environment.
• A proactive team player with excellent time management skills.
• Highly organised, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Physically able to handle printing materials and stock.
