As our National Sales Manager, you will be leading a team of three Account Managers delivering cA GBP 15m of revenue. Youll be a coach, a mentor and client facing. Splitting your time between head office and client meetings, youll be a commercially driven individual with a proven track record in the aerospace and defence sector.

Basic Salary

A GBP 65,000 : A GBP 75,000

Job Description

This National Sales Manager role is a strategic leadership role where you will be the driving force behind key relationships with some of the most respected names in UK aerospace and defence sector : organisations where precision, process, and performance matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of 3 direct Account Managers, working closely with support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and develop major accounts worth cA GBP 15m, we are the partner of choice in key areas
  • Work cross:functionally with engineering, operations, and quality to deliver world:class outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Global Sales Director accurately reporting forecasts, budgets and performance.
Person Specification

To be successful in your application, youll be a people leader, someone who takes pride in developing others, consistently managing the fine balance between customer satisfaction, profit and whats right.

  • The ideal candidate would have experience of the defence sector, electronics and sub:contracting.
  • People Management (Sales, Operations and Production)
  • Managing high value complex, demanding corporate clients with multi:million pound spends (A GBP 5m+).
  • The Good to great methodology
