This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Milton Keynes. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate the team to meet performance targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include staff training, workload delegation, fostering a positive work environment, and upholding the company’s high standards. Additionally, the Team Leader will monitor team performance, address challenges, and help implement strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
