In’N’Out Autocentres is an expert automotive service provider with 30 centres across the country, offering transparent pricing and high‑quality service.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our busy team.

• Work alongside the Centre Manager and receive training in all aspects of managing the operation, including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.
• Assist in people management, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.
• Spend time in the service bays with the team to ensure a seamless and timely operation.
• Drive sales and aim to meet and exceed financial targets set for the centre.

• Minimum Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance.
• Able to carry out minor fast‑fit repairs or servicing as required.
• Proactive with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Sales driven; aiming to meet and exceed centre targets.
• Look to assist the team in building a strong reputation for the brand within the local area.

• Automotive service experience: 2 years (preferred).
• Full driving licence (preferred).
