As a
** Warehouse Team Leader
** based in
** Milton Keynes / Marston Gate
** you’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing the goods-in processes and supporting on some outbound operations
* Monitoring incoming supplies, assessing workload and resource needs, and allocating tasks effectively to meet KPIs and operational targets
* Managing a team of 10–12 staff, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews and evaluating recruitment agencies prior to engagement
* General administration duties and serving customers behind the trading counter

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6.00am – 2.00pm.

*** A full UK driving license is essential as we are not accessible via public transport
* Previous warehouse experience and a solid understanding of processes and efficiencies
* Previous people management experience
