Bennett & Game are representing a market leading UK manufacturer and installer of bespoke aluminium glazing systems, who are seeking an exceptional Showroom Manager to launch and lead their brand-new Milton Keynes location. With over 230 staff and annual turnover more than £30 million, the business is a well-established name in the premium home improvement sector, known for high quality aluminium bifold doors, sliding doors, windows, entrance doors and glazed solutions.
As Showroom Manager, you will take full ownership of the showroom's commercial and operational performance. You will lead from the front, inspiring a consultative, customer first approach while ensuring every customer interaction is professional, accurate and geared towards an outstanding customer experience. This is a key hire for the business and a genuine opportunity for a strong sales leader to put their stamp on a new showroom and drive local growth.

- Lead, coach and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales, margin and conversion targets
- Promote a consultative, customer first sales approach, building trust without pressure selling
- Oversee day to day showroom operations including staffing, rotas, appointments and presentation standards
- Conduct and oversee in-showroom consultations, ensuring tailored solutions and accurate quotations
- Ensure quotations are clear, precise and aligned with post survey orders to minimise variations or disputes
- Support marketing activity to drive footfall, local engagement and brand awareness
- Build strong product and technical knowledge within the team, including performance standards and relevant building regulations
- Work closely with survey and installation teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale through to aftercare
- Maintain high standards of customer communication, ensuring prompt, professional follow up
- Drive CRM best practice, ensuring accurate recording of leads, quotes, pipeline activity and follow ups
- Support team development through training, coaching and performance reviews
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing a sales led showroom or retail sales team
- MUST HAVE experience within windows, doors, glazing or related technical building products
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high performing teams
- Commercially minded with experience in KPI management and solution selling
- Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate reporting
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around quotations and customer documentation
- Professional, friendly communication style with a customer focused mindset
- Right to work in the United Kingdom (required)
