We’re on the lookout for a Head of Facilities who’s passionate about creating exceptional work spaces and leading with purpose. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape the environments that help our people and business thrive.
You’ll be responsible for eight UK offices, ensuring they’re bright, welcoming, sustainable, and inspiring places to work. From health & safety and sustainability to fleet oversight and supplier relationships, you’ll bring structure, warmth, and pride to every corner of our facilities.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and develop our Facilities Manager, offering guidance across maintenance and workplace services.
- Create long-term facilities plans, budgets, and improvement projects focused on efficiency and employee experience.
- Enhance procedures and reporting with clear KPIs.
Facilities Operations
- Oversee day‑to‑day management of all 8 UK offices, ensuring they reflect our culture and values.
- Manage office layouts, space planning, refurbishments, and relocation projects.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Own and maintain H&S policies including fire safety, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate training and compliance for fire wardens, first aiders, and H&S reps.
- Chair the Health and Safety Committee and conduct regular site audits.
Sustainability & Environmental Impact
- Lead initiatives in energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable travel.
- Monitor and report environmental performance, driving continuous improvement.
Fleet & Asset Management
- Oversee our fleet of vans and cars, ensuring maintenance and sustainability alignment.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and service providers.
- Lead procurement and contract negotiations, ensuring value for money and performance tracking.
You’re someone who loves creating great places to work – balancing practicality with creativity and care.
- Experienced in multi‑site facilities or property management.
- Skilled in coaching and developing others.
- Knowledgeable in health & safety legislation and best practices.
- Passionate about sustainability and making a measurable impact.
