We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team at HMP Woodhill, a High Security & Adult/Male prison. As a Cleaning Operative you will work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

• Support the maintenance and cleaning of high‑security prison facilities.
• Assist in the delivery of cleaning services to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Work as part of a team to help ensure prisons are secure and safe for prisoners and staff.

• Experience of working within a cleaning environment
• Knowledge of COSHH
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and people skills

Holidays are 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays, and a range of non‑contractual benefits are provided.
