Residential Conveyancing and Plot Sales Paralegal

A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their dynamic Residential Property team in Milton Keynes. This role offers a unique opportunity to handle a variety of residential conveyancing tasks, including plot sales and Housing Association matters.

• Review title, searches, and supporting documents.
• Prepare contract documentation and minor amendments.
• Prepare and deliver Reports on Title and Searches to clients.
• Handle Housing Association matters including shared ownership plot sales.
• Prepare and respond to Land Registry requisitions.
• Manage exchange of contracts, completions, and related documentation.
• Provide professional service to clients, including updating trackers and client communications.
• Participate in marketing events and promote the firm s services.
• Experience in residential property and conveyancing procedures.
• Knowledge of CQS Scheme and ability to prepare SDLT/LTT, AP1/FR1 forms.
• Proficient in IT and legal industry-specific systems.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment.
