About the TeamThe Milton Keynes Employment Team is led by a senior lawyer recognised as a Leading Individual (Chambers, 2026) and a Recommended/Leading Partner (Legal 500, 2026).
The team advises boards and senior leadership teams, handles high‑value and complex disputes, and provides strategic employment law guidance across a wide variety of sectors.
The OpportunityThe firm is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate / Managing Associate (2+ PQE) to join its dynamic Employment Team in Milton Keynes.
This is a fast‑paced, high‑profile role offering exposure to complex matters and direct interaction with senior‑level clients.

- Hybrid/agile model (typically 3+ office/client days)
