We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst / Business Analyst (Salesforce) who can effectively bridge business stakeholders—including architects, business teams, BAs, and product owners—with the technical delivery teams.
The role requires strong capability in understanding business processes, translating them into functional specifications, defining To Be solutions, and supporting end to end solution design and delivery across Salesforce platforms.
The candidate should have strong Salesforce expertise, excellent communication skills, and an overall experience of 8–10 years.
