Senior Functional Implementation Consultant – Work Force Software, ADP

Work Force Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Senior Functional Implementation Consultant. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end implementations for our Work Force solutions, building client relationships, and ensuring successful adoption of our technology.

• Onboard clients by creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to recommend and implement the Work Force solution.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and client project teams to exchange routine information, set priorities, and address issues.
• Manage multiple time‑sensitive projects simultaneously and communicate essential information to clients and internal teams.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, with potential for international travel.
• Work in a hybrid capacity from one of our offices in Milton Keynes, Bristol, Staines, or Cheadle.

• 4–6 years of experience working in software implementations.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and potential international travel.
• Hybrid work readiness at one of the specified offices.
• College degree desirable but not required; relevant experience or military experience is acceptable.

• Strong comprehension of implementation principles and life cycles.
• Technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances.
• Ability to work on a dynamic, client‑focused team and establish excellent working relationships.
• Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
• Experience providing application support for complex software systems.
