Job Description
Aiimi is looking for a Solutions Architect to join the team. As the Solutions Architect, you will implement and configure our Enterprise AI Search Platform for customers. You’ll be hands‑on delivering solutions in customer environments, ensuring deployments are delivered to scope, on time, and with clear, measurable value.
Job Requirements- Hands‑on experience in platform deployment, configuration, integration, and performance tuning.
- Development skills in Python, scripting, or web development.
- Hands‑on experience with ML/AI and Classification capabilities.
- Understanding of cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on‑premises infrastructures.
- Working knowledge of networking, storage, firewalls, and VMs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical detail in accessible terms.
- On‑time, in‑scope, and high‑quality implementations.
- Positive feedback from customers and delivery managers.
- Accurate estimates and reduced rework.
- Contribution to team learning and delivery consistency.
- Configure, deploy, and integrate the Aiimi Enterprise AI Search Platform into customer environments.
- Translate solution designs and SOWs into working implementations.
- Participate in pre‑sales demos, supporting technical playbacks and customer workshops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, escalating to Engineering only when necessary.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to reusable delivery approaches.
- Engage with customers throughout delivery, providing clear technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and facilitate fixes for Service Desk tickets.
- Senior and Principal Solutions Architects for technical direction and support.
- Engineering teams for product fixes and enhancements.
- Sales & Pre‑Sales for demos and feasibility input.
- Delivery Managers to ensure projects meet scope and timescales.
- Customers in technical delivery and adoption stages.
- 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) – increasing by a day every 2 years.
