HCM Technical Consultant

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM technical solutions, including OTBI
  , BI Publisher (BIP) reports,
  HCM Extracts
  , Fast Formulas
  , and custom dashboards aligned with business and statutory requirements.

• Lead data migration and integration activities using HDL
  , HSDL
  , Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL), and REST/SOAP APIs to support implementations, enhancements, and data corrections.

• Support inbound and outbound integrations
  , collaborating with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third‑party systems to ensure secure, accurate, and timely data exchange.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and optimisation
  , resolving data issues, performing impact analysis, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with security standards.
