Who the specialist will work with PM, PSO, Lead TA and Operational Resources

What the specialist will work on

"Validation of:

-Proposal confirming scope and rules of engagement, specifications of migration
-Dell Migration Manager tools
-Migration approach/strategy document
-Virtual server requirements for the migration servers/software
-Network bandwidth requirements required
-Network connectivity requirements for the migration servers/software Define Migration success criteria Installation and configuration of migration tools Initial synchronisation of the data Configuration and handover of:

-differential synchronisations
-daily migration/synchronisation reporting
-Toolset Definition and documentation of the procedure to switch off the synchronisation and “go-live” on the target data source Production of Documentation to assist BAU. Daily Status Reports"

Work setup

Address where the work will take place Milton Keynes. Initial Data copy will take place in Watford.

Working arrangements

Resource will be required to be on site 5 days a week and interacting with the Lead TA and Operation Resources to achieve the required tasks.

Security clearance DV preferred, however SC also considered.

Skills and experience

Essential skills and experience

• Dell Migration Manager toolset (Quest) - Dell Quest Accredited
• Migration of data between Exchange organisations (specifically Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013)
• Link Exchange Mailboxes (via one-way Domain Trust)
• Migration of data between SharePoint farms (specifically SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013)
• Migration of Windows DFS file share data
