Closing Date: 23 January 2026. Industrial Placements are available only to university students and will be a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, commencing summer 2026 and ending summer 2027.

You’ll be a key member of our Digital Marketing, CRM & Insight team, working on Customer Journey, Digital Communications and CX Research projects. You’ll think creatively, shape trends and deliver outstanding work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

• MP & communication compliance – review customer communications to ensure they meet brand guidelines, tone of voice and consumer understanding principles.
• Digital asset auditing – conduct regular, thorough upstairs of brand websites and other digital tools, documenting required changes.
• Customer communication
  405 – support comprehensive testing across email, SMS and web to guarantee best performance.
• Project coordination & briefing – write clear briefs, track progress, coordinate resources and inform stakeholders from start to finish.
• Customer feedback analysis – review feedback, prepare concise reports and management summaries for strategic decisions.
• Data analysis & insights – analyse data tables, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

• Working toward a degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related subject.
• Excellent communicator and challenger of the status quo.
• Proactive, curious to learn, open to new ideas.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT packages.
• Desire to work in marketing and/or the financial services industry.
