We are looking for enthusiastic placement students who want to put their financial awareness, communication skills and commercial acumen to the test. Join our Digital Marketing, CRM & Insight team for a 12‑month placement. From day one you’ll be in the thick of a fast‑paced, results‑driven team, delivering on Customer Journey, Digital Communications and CX Research projects.
Main Accountabilities- Brand & Communication Compliance:
Review customer communications to ensure they meet our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and consumer understanding principles. - Digital Asset Auditing:
Conduct thorough audits of brand websites and digital tools, checking copy, imagery and formatting, and documenting required changes. - Customer Communication Testing:
Support comprehensive testing across all communication channels (email, SMS, web) to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Project Coordination & Briefing:
Brief external agencies and internal stakeholders on new projects, create briefs, track progress, keep stakeholders informed, and coordinate resources. - Customer Feedback Analysis:
Review customer feedback, produce reports and concise management summaries to inform strategic decisions. - Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyse and format data tables, identify key trends and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Working towards a degree in Business Management, Marketing or Project Management related subject.
- Excellent communicator.
- Able to challenge the norm and constantly look for improvements.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT packages.
- Proactive, curious to learn, and open to new ideas and perspectives.
- Considered in your approach, supporting peers to succeed.
- Desire to work in marketing and/or the Financial Services industry.
