Position: Delivery Manager

Type: Full‑time, Permanent (Hybrid)

Locations: Chennai, Hyderabad (India) and Milton Keynes (United Kingdom)

• Manage business projects from initiation to completion.
• Build and maintain the project team.
• Understand business needs and objectives.
• Define project scope, milestones and timelines.
• Manage and budget project resources.
• Identify and manage potential project risks.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure business expectations and requirements are met.

• Prior experience in a similar delivery or project management role.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with AGILE and SCRUM.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments.
• PMI‑PMP certification (preferred).

• 3+ years of professional experience in delivery management or project management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience using relevant project management tools.

• Review of CV/Resume for each candidate.
• Initial telephone or online meeting (Teams / Zoho / Zoom) – Screening Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Online assessment (Technical, Numerical, Aptitude tests – if applicable).
• Technical Interview – in person or online.
• Final Interview – Head of Department / Line Manager.
• Reference check.
