Website & CRM Specialist

We are looking for a Website & CRM Specialist to help elevate our digital presence and customer experience across both our website and CRM ecosystem. This is a 50/50 split role where you will work closely with our external web development partners, internal teams, and marketing agencies to improve website performance, build CRM foundations from scratch, and develop high‑quality customer journeys that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage website updates, improvements, and new features by working closely with our external development team.
  • Oversee landing page creation, on‑site forms, and conversion tracking across key touchpoints.
  • Monitor website performance, user behaviour, and conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to improve functionality and engagement.
  • Provide website performance reporting to the management team.
  • Ensure the website remains up to date, accurate, and aligned with brand and campaign activity.
  • Support the development of new content and features using our CMS.
  • Plan, build, and send CRM campaigns and newsletters to multiple audience segments.
  • Develop customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and automation flows from the ground up.
  • Manage data quality and ensure contact records are accurate, usable, and compliant.
  • Track CRM performance, including engagement, database growth, and campaign impact.
  • Work with internal teams to create meaningful customer touchpoints from first contact through to lead nurturing.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a website, CRM, digital marketing, or similar role.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (essential).
  • Good understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing or supporting CRM campaigns, including segmentation and email creation.
  • Ability to work with external development teams to implement website updates and fixes.
  • Familiarity with Figma is a bonus but not essential.
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and making recommendations to improve conversion rates.
  • Automotive experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across multiple departments and partner agencies.
