Senior Digital Acquisition Assistant
We are a leading global business dedicated to creating smart, helpful, and bold consumer products—including baby gear, petcare, and travel accessories. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for a Senior Digital Acquisition Assistant (m/f/d) across search & Amazon to join our Direct-To-Consumer department. This role will help drive traffic and performance across paid search platforms and marketplaces, supporting five global brands:
Graco, Joie, Nuna, Tavo, and Hedgren.
Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, the role is focused across the EMEA, Australia and the United States.
The role will focus on Google as the primary search channel and Amazon, running ads across both platforms.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment—collaborating cross-functionally, owning deliverables end-to-end, and helping define processes where none exist.
What you'll do Campaign Execution & Performance Management- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google platforms (Shopping, Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen).
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads, including campaign quality, structure, and test-and-learn strategies.
- Monitor and report search and Amazon performance; generate actionable insights, testing plans, and forecasts.
- Forecast and manage budgets across brands and countries to ensure spend efficiency against traffic and ROI goals.
- Own product data quality across Google Merchant Center and marketplace listings; partner with PIM/IT to maintain clean feeds and error‑free ingestion.
- Engage with platform partners (Google, Amazon, and others) to secure betas, insights, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content, web, and brand teams on landing pages, conversion funnels, and promotional calendars.
- Provide internal consultancy on campaign best practices, measurement, and attribution.
- Mentor junior team members (without formal line management initially); uplift skills, QA outputs, and share playbooks.
- Handle ad hoc projects and business needs as required.
- 3+ years’ hands‑on experience across paid search (Google) and/or Amazon, ideally in an eCommerce or consumer‑focused environment.
- Strong analytical capability and data‑driven decision making; comfortable with attribution, tracking, and feed health.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize work across multiple brands/regions, and hit deadlines with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence stakeholders and present insights clearly.
- Familiarity with SEO/CRO, digital analytics tools and other online marketplaces is a plus.
