We’relooking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor , who will work closely with our TA Business Partners in attracting,engaging and recruiting thevery best talent the industry has to offer by constantly searching for new talent and finding ways to maximising the candidate experience.

To be successful in this Talent Acquisition Advisor role, you will have:

• Previous experience working within a talent acquisition / recruitment role (it would beadvantageousif this experiencewasgained within Motorsport, Automotive or Aerospace industries)
• An excellenttrack recordof candidate management
• Experienceoperatingin-house; however,we’ll consider applications from an agency background
• Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectivelyoperatewith people at all levels
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to support multiple projects,maintaina high levelof attention to detail
