- Strong experience recruiting within the technology, digital, data or consulting space.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven environment.
- Highly capable in direct sourcing and proactive talent search.
- Able to manage multiple roles simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Organised and structured approach, to balance the changing demands and workload.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Desirable
- Experience recruiting in a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with hiring for specialist or hard‑to‑find technical skill sets.
- Experience working closely with delivery or client‑facing teams.
End‑to‑End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding handover.
- Deliver permanent recruitment across a range of technology, data, consulting and corporate roles.
- Balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a high‑demand environment.
Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Proactively source candidates using effective strategies such as Linked In, direct search, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑hire and niche skill areas.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding Aiimi’s culture, benefits and job role.
- Undertake effective screening and interview assessment to measure candidates' suitability against role requirements and cultural fit.
- Actively manage difficulties in sourcing and proactively implement alternative strategies to ensure success.
SLA‑Driven Delivery
- Work to agreed SLAs, priorities and hiring deadlines.
- Manage multiple vacancies concurrently with tight turnaround times.
- Provide clear, regular updates to hiring managers on progress and risks.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Act as the sole recruitment contact for hiring managers.
- Run effective intake calls and challenge requirements where needed to ensure realistic expectations are set.
- Coordinate all interviews with hiring managers, ensuring scheduling, feedback collection, and next steps are managed efficiently.
- Advise on market availability, candidate expectations, and realistic timelines.
- Sole point of contact for Aiimi’s agency partners on the PSL, liaising with them to source recruitment support for niche and contract roles.
- Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Senior Leadership Team, including progress, risks, and market insight.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Services Director and Sales teams to discuss upcoming requirements, pipeline demand, and candidates registered to Aiimi’s virtual bench.
Process, People & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment activity is well documented.
- Support offer processes and handover to onboarding.
- Work closely alongside the People team to support onboarding of new starters and contribute to wider people‑related projects as required.
- Ensure recruitment activity aligns with internal policies and employment legislation.
- 25 Days holiday (excluding bank holidays) – increasing by a day every 2 years.
- Mental health and wellbeing support, including access to counselling.
- Annual wellbeing allowance (e.g. personal training, fitness, wellness apps).
- Up to 10% of your salary in employee benefits, including critical illness cover, life insurance, and private healthcare (post‑probation).
