I am currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a forward‑thinking organisation for a proactive and commercially minded People Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a mix of operational “hands‑on” support and strategic project work. You will play a pivotal role in the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring the business remains compliant while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Provide end-to-end advice and support on disciplinary, grievance, appeal, and redundancy procedures.
• Manage the long‑term sickness process, including Occupational Health referrals and advising managers on medical reports.
• Identify opportunities to “process map” and improve HR procedures to enhance efficiency across the business.
• Lead and support key HR projects, specifically the implementation and enhancement of HRIS and reward/benefit platforms.
• Support the business through change initiatives (restructures/mergers) and drive initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.

• Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
