This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line.

The People and Culture Generalist, contributes to all human resources efforts and programs for the company and provides an Advisor role to employees and managers. Reporting directly to the Business Partnerships Manager, the People & Culture Generalist supports strategic and operational HR activities. He/She contributes to talent and culture initiatives by providing guidance, implementing processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

The Generalist plays a key role in delivering consistent practices and supporting managers and employees locally. As Eddyfi Technologies has several subsidiaries abroad, the holder of this position must have an interest in working and evolving in an international context of collaboration.

As a People and Culture Generalist, you must be able to
  • On‑site presence, liaising with the local management team, employees, and managers.
  • Support managers with their employees and advise them on legal obligations, internal policies and human resources management (employee engagement, talent management, recognition, disciplinary measures, absence management, etc.)
  • Establish constant and regular reciprocal communication with client groups
  • Support the implementation of various talent & culture processes and programs in order to maintain Eddyfi Technologies’ status as an employer of choice.
  • Work closely with other talent & culture professionals globally on various projects.
  • Support managers with workforce planning activities, help review departmental structures, and assist in preparing succession plans.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations situations, including conducting investigations when required.
  • Promote Eddyfi values and culture.
  • Ensure local recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Support the identification of mandatory and regulatory training requirements and assist in coordinating completion to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data, supporting reporting and compliance obligations.
  • Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives, helping to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide first‑line advice on HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues to the Business Partner Manager as needed.
What makes you an asset to our team
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including generalist, talent management, engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, performance management, compensation and legal compliance.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong ability to work in a team and build good working relationships
  • Agile with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills
