We are seeking an experienced and driven hospitality professional to join our member‑owned golf club in the picturesque village of Aspley Guise, just outside Milton Keynes.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager, with full responsibility for all bar and catering operations across the Club.
Membership is at the heart of everything we do. Your primary focus will be to lead, support and develop our bar and catering teams to deliver an exceptional member experience, while driving performance in line with the Club’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Full operational management of bar and catering services
- Leading, motivating and developing the F&B team
- Budget management, stock control and cost optimisation
- Delivering high service standards and continuous improvement
- Working closely with the General Manager to drive innovation and growth
Our governance structure is strong and supportive, empowering managers with the autonomy to make decisions, implement improvements and truly put their mark on the Club.
Previous golf club experience is desirable but not essential. We are looking for the right personality — someone with strong industry knowledge, commercial awareness and the drive to raise service levels and standards.
