What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients within the inpatient acute medical setting.
- Plan and implement effective occupational therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and facilitate safe transfers.
- Utilise transfer aids such as returns, sara steadys and hoists to assist patients with mobility challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients, ensuring the best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Car driver preferable for efficient travel between locations
