What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients within the inpatient acute medical setting.
• Plan and implement effective occupational therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and facilitate safe transfers.
• Utilise transfer aids such as returns, sara steadys and hoists to assist patients with mobility challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients, ensuring the best outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
• Car driver preferable for efficient travel between locations
