Medical Information Administrator - Permanent, Milton Keynes

Our client offers outsourced medical information inquiry handling and pharmacovigilance services to clients across the pharmaceutical industry.

• Collecting, reviewing, and reporting adverse event data in compliance with local and global regulations and company SOPs
• Accurate computer entry of adverse event information and, when required, reporting to regulatory authorities
• Participating in meetings and supporting the Medical Information Manager in maintaining SOPs and working practices
• Liaising with pharmaceutical companies and business partners on a daily basis

• Suitable qualifications for healthcare sector (i.e. diploma or degree).
• Some relevant experience of working in the Medical Information field or equivalent customer service role.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Candidates with no previous medical information experience will join as Medical Information Administrator (Salary will reflect this)
• Candidates with 2+ years’ relevant experience will join as Medical Information Associate (Salary will reflect this)
