Community Nurse

This role is Monday - Friday with a mix of early and late shifts, but no nights!

As a Community Nurse, you will be:
Providing direct nursing care in the community
Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans
Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills

The ideal Community Nurse should have:
Competency with IV therapies
A Registered Nurse qualification
Previous experience in a community nursing role
A valid driver's license
