Night Support Worker

Overview

Male Support Worker. NOT OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP - please note we cannot consider those on 20 hour Visa's for this role. Night Support Worker. Fisher mead, Milton Keynes. £12.31 per hour - Flexibility and working some weekends required. Night Shift - 8pm-8am with 2 x 12 hour shifts. 24 hours per week. Full flexibility required.

Supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour. We need individuals with strong values, energetic and who have a real passion to enable the individuals we support the ongoing opportunities to achieve their goals.

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans
• This includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
• Providing personal care where needed
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
