As a Registered Nurse, you ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality, one-to-one care in patients  homes-making a real difference every single day. You ll be part of a passionate, multi-disciplinary team delivering specialist IV therapies and holistic care across the Milton Keynes region. With the flexibility to manage your own schedule and the autonomy to provide truly personalised care, this role offers both professional development and personal fulfilment.

You re a compassionate, qualified nurse who thrives on delivering exceptional care and building trust with patients. You ll bring clinical confidence, a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference.

You ll be:

• Delivering IV therapies, subcutaneous injections, and venepuncture in line with patient care plans
• Conducting holistic clinical assessments to tailor care to individual needs
• Collaborating with patients, families and healthcare professionals to support recovery
• Maintaining accurate records and upholding professional nursing standards
• Travelling across the region to provide care in patients  homes (full UK driving licence required)
• Championing patient-centred care and continuous improvement
