This role is Monday - Friday with a mix of early and late shifts, but no nights! This role offers a salary of up to £39,000, a company car or car allowance of £4,877

• Providing direct nursing care in the community
• Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans
• Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
• Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills

• An annual salary of up to £39,000

• Competency with IV therapies
• A Registered Nurse qualification
• Previous experience in a community nursing role
• A valid driver s license
