Full‑time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise to conduct functional assessments that help people access the support they need. It blends clinical knowledge with purpose‑driven impact, giving you a chance to grow your career while making a meaningful difference.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality assessments for individuals applying for health‑related benefits. If based at one of our UK centres, you’ll enjoy a structured, supportive environment with clear pathways for development.

• Conduct functional assessments and produce high‑quality reports.
• Use clinical judgement to evaluate a wide range of health conditions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Deliver assessments with empathy, integrity and professionalism.

You must be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist) with at least 12 months’ post‑registration experience in the last 5 years and no restrictions to practice.

• Competitive salary with £1,000 after six months & £1,000 after 12 months (if approved).
