MSK Physiotherapist
Location:
Milton Keynes, MK7 7PB
Salary:
Up to £45,000 FTE, dependent on experience, plus fantastic benefits.
At Bupa we empower our staff to develop new lines of care with flexibility and development opportunities. As an MSK Physiotherapist you will work across a multidisciplinary team, meeting the needs of insured and self‑pay customers while supporting the local healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions for both insured and self‑pay clients.
- Collaborate closely with Centre Managers, MSK Therapy Leads, and a multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, osteopaths, podiatrists, GPs, health advisers and mental health practitioners.
- Deliver a comprehensive, progressive therapeutic approach to assessment and rehabilitation of all MSK conditions.
- Advocate and inspire superior customer experience, communicating enthusiastically about the journey and fostering confidence among colleagues.
Skills & Qualifications
- Post‑qualification experience of at least 2 years in the MSK field.
- Practising member of the HCPC (Physiotherapists) and of relevant professional bodies.
- Extensive post‑graduate experience in musculoskeletal medicine.
- Post‑graduate qualifications preferred (e.g., appropriate MSc, MACP).
- Experience treating private patients and sports injuries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- 25 days holiday per year (pro‑rated for part‑time employees), with the option to buy or sell days.
