Care Team Leader – HC‑One, Milton Keynes

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. You will lead by example, ensuring all residents’ individual care needs are met at all times.

• Lead by example, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.

• Support and coordinate the care team across shifts.

• Maintain detailed care plans and documentation.

• Promote a culture of kindness, integrity, and fairness.

• SVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care.

• Previous experience in elderly and dementia care.

• Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.

• Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
• Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications
